Hey loves! I have so much to catch you guys up with!

On May 16th I started my Public Relations internship in Manhattan NY (which I am so stoked about) and until now I have been living outside of my home state experiencing all new and different things. I will be here all summer and so far it has been quite a struggle trying to adjust, but there is nothing I would change about it because I love it.

Living and working in New York City for the past 3 weeks has definitely made me realize how crazy and hectic the New Yorker lifestyle is and how much you have to hustle/grind to get where you want to. As you can tell I am definitely taking that challenge and will make my dreams come true.

Alright, enough of the emotional talk (haha), let’s get into the outfit! Pastels is totally the way to go for this summer, or year round like how I do it, and keeping it monotone. New York street style has definitely inspired my clothing choices here and I can finally go all out on my outfits without people asking me “Why are you so dressed up?” But I love wearing culottes so much, they instantly give you a really classy vibe and if you pair them with some adidas superstars (which I do), the complete look is classy and casual!

I found a Brooklyn based photographer @juliusjulynyc that took these amazing pictures of me with street artwork and graffiti. Completely INLOVEEEE!

After the first week of commuting to my internship, I realized wearing small leather backpacks was a convenient/more comfortable way to carry your belongings than having a purse. Plus, I feel like my aesthetic looks way more dope with it on.
